SMART Conference 2019

Please join us for this full-day, interdisciplinary event designed for primary care physicians, community practitioners, psychiatrists, nurses and allied health care providers with the aim of developing partnerships and collaborations in the community for the management and treatment of mood disorders.

  • Examples of best practices of care in mood and anxiety disorders in the community

  • Implementation of Health Quality Ontario Standards related to mental health  

  • Quality Improvement initiatives within community / primary care

  • Patient engagement

  • Knowledge translation

  • Measurement–based care

  • Health equity / culturally adapted interventions

Guidelines

  • Each abstract submitted will be reviewed for either oral or poster presentation.

  • All abstracts must use the form below. Please complete and submit.

  • Abstract submissions should include results from ongoing or completed research or quality improvement project.

  • All presenters accepted through the abstract submission process and/or presenting at the conference must register for and pay to attend the conference and are responsible for their own related expenses.

  • All selected presenters should confirm presentation with registration for conference within 30 days of receiving acceptance email.

  • Note: Abstracts that were submitted in Winter will be automatically included in this submission and do not need to be resubmitted.
