In this interactive workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn about standard operating procedures and stepped care using games to highlight the concepts and buzz groups to discuss how the concepts apply to clinical care.
Participants will leave with an understanding of the commonly used model of quality improvement in Ontario and how quality improvement methods can be applied to their work providing care for mood and anxiety disorders
